New Mexico Hard Cider's taproom on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe pours nine taps of cider made in the city, with flavors like rhubarb, apricot, blood orange and green tea. About a dozen more taps rotate through New Mexico beers and spirits from producers such as La Cumbre, Second Street and Tumbleroot, and there's a food menu as well.
