These terms apply to your use of New Mexico Breweries (nmbreweries.com), run by Patrick Iverson in Santa Fe, New Mexico. By using the site, you agree to them.
What this site is
New Mexico Breweries is an independent directory, map and blog about New Mexico breweries, brewpubs, taprooms and cideries. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brewery listed, or by Untappd or Google, unless a page says so.
Accuracy of listings
We work to keep listings current, but addresses, hours, beers on tap and whether a business is open can change without notice. Information is provided as is, for general reference. Please confirm details with the brewery before you go. If you spot something out of date, let us know.
Third-party data and links
Beer details and label images come from Untappd. Business details draw on public sources, including Google. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Drink responsibly
This site is intended for adults 21 and older. Nothing here encourages excessive drinking. Plan a safe ride home, and never drink and drive.
Content and trademarks
Original text on this site is © New Mexico Breweries. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Brewery names, beer names and logos belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping of the directory, and no spam through the contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, New Mexico Breweries is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including trips planned around listings that turned out to be out of date.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Use the contact form.
