La Cumbre Brewing Co. has been brewing in Albuquerque since 2010, and its taproom on Girard Blvd NE is the home base for Elevated IPA, a Great American Beer Festival gold medalist. Rotating food trucks roll in through the week, there is outdoor seating, and live music shows up on the events calendar.
