Gravity Bound Brewing Company is a small brewery and taproom on 3rd Street NW in downtown Albuquerque, with a look inspired equally by Taos Earthships and modern garages. Unfiltered beers come off a five-barrel system, from a rice lager to a West Coast IPA and a Mexican dark lager, alongside house kombucha. The building runs all-electric with rooftop solar, and food trucks rotate through the week.
