El Vado Tap Room pours beer from sister brewery Ponderosa Brewing Company inside the historic El Vado Motel on Central Avenue, which opened in 1937 to greet Route 66 travelers. The intimate room keeps a kiva fireplace from the original motel, and rotating food pods on the property round out a visit.
