Bow & Arrow Brewing Co. pours Southwest-inspired beers made with local ingredients from its 15-barrel brew hall on McKnight Avenue in Albuquerque's Wells Park neighborhood. Co-founded by Shyla Sheppard, the brewery is known for foeder-aged farmhouse ales and its Native Star Series hazy IPA, and the patio's wood-burning fire pit is a fine place to settle in. A sister taproom operates in Farmington.
