Milton's Brewing opened in July 2016 as Carlsbad's first taproom and brewery, starting out in a garage on East Mermod Street. Today it occupies the 1906 Odd Fellows Lodge building on West Mermod, pouring year-round and seasonal beers plus collaborations, with Brews & Tunes nights and an annual Septembeerfest.
