Ex Novo Brewing Company's Albuquerque home on Central Avenue NW combines a taproom and restaurant with The Bitter Nun lounge and Sammy's Cafe & Deli under one roof. Founded by Joel Gregory, Ex Novo aims to give much of its net profits to causes working toward a better world, and pours a wide range of beers rooted in traditional styles.
