Open Space Brewing was started by Continental Divide Trail thru-hikers and opened in 2023 in the former National Guard armory in Santa Clara, about ten minutes from Silver City. The taproom pours small-batch beers such as saisons, a blonde ale, an India pale lager and an oatmeal stout, with food trucks and artisan pizza out on the patio.
