Prod-O Brewery & Distillery is a brewery, distillery and kitchen on Main St in the Catron County town of Reserve. While its own beers mature, the bar pours craft beer from New Mexico partners Santa Fe Brewing and Boxing Bear, and the kitchen serves handcrafted pizzas, meatballs, wings and giant pretzels.
