Colfax Ale Cellar is a brewery and taproom on South 2nd Street in Raton, set in the historic Dwyer Building of 1908 with about 7,000 square feet of cellar space. Founded by Jim Stearns, it pours house beers alongside cocktails, New Mexico wine and pub food.
